Saint Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Jesuits, visited both Montserrat and Manresa in 1522. This day we’ll follow his footsteps. In Manresa, we’ll visit the Cave of Ignatius, where the Spanish Saint spent a few months and received the inspiration to write his Spiritual Exercises before heading to the mountain and monastery of Montserrat.
